This list was created to support persons who want to learn more about the Orbera® system by helping connect them to physicians who currently have demonstrated qualifications and interest in providing good quality care using the Orbera® system. To be included on the list a physician must A.) demonstrate a strong interest in education and assisting patience regarding and B.) meet one of the following criteria:

  1. A new account, which has completed the necessary FDA-mandated training on the safe and effective use of the Orbera® system and received initial order shipment within the previous 12 months, (5 balloon initial shipment); or
  2. Has completed an Orbera® update training within the last six months; or
  3. Is affiliated with a facility that is an existing customer and has purchased three or more Orbera® balloons in the last 6 months or purchased 10 or more Orbera® balloons in the past 12 months.

The physicians on this list pay no fee for inclusion. Some positions on this list may purchase products from the company, provide consulting services to the company, and/or may be a party to a co-marketing agreement with Apollo. Apollo Endosurgery makes no representations or warranties regarding the skill of the physicians or the quality of their outcomes. You and your physician must determine if treatment with the Orbera® system is right for you. The criteria posted on this site are subject to change at the sole discretion of Apollo.

Premier Practice: Physician is affiliated with the facility or practice that has purchased 10 or more fluid filled intragastric balloons in the previous 6 months.
